Twiceme Enters Heat Prevention Category with FluidLogic as First Partner

FluidLogic's GPR50 Intelligent Hydration™ System becomes the first heat-prevention product to incorporate Twiceme's digital safety technology, combining hydration with Medical ID and equipment inventory and inspection features.

INDIANAPOLIS – September 14, 2026 Twiceme Technology, a company building the digital safety standard for jobsites and adventures, today announced a partnership with FluidLogic, a US-based hydration technology company developing wearable and in-vehicle systems for motorsports, military, and industrial environments at the 2026 NSC Safety Congress & Expo in Indianapolis. The integration embeds Twiceme's NFC-based safety platform into FluidLogic's GPR50 Intelligent Hydration™ System for industrial workers, marking the first of several partnerships in heat stress prevention.

Heat exposure, physical labor, and long shifts increase the risk of dehydration on job sites, and even mild fluid loss affects physical and cognitive performance. Workers wearing heavy protective equipment face restricted airflow and added body heat, conditions that compound the risk. Often, the effects go unaddressed until a worker experiences fatigue, poor decision-making, or a heat-related medical event. Heat stress has become one of the more pressing safety concerns in construction as extreme heat events grow more frequent.

FluidLogic built the GPR50 Intelligent Hydration System to treat hydration as a proactive safety measure rather than a habit workers manage on their own during a break. The wearable system delivers strategic, user-specific dosing through a helmet-mounted, headset, or handheld configuration, keeping workers hydrated without pulling their focus off the task at hand.

"The GPR50 protects industrial workers by keeping them hydrated in the moments that matter," said Sara Blackmer, CEO of FluidLogic. "Twiceme builds on that foundation with added safety benefits plus operational capabilities that make equipment tracking and inspections easier, giving the companies that purchase it a holistic approach to worker safety management."

Twiceme's safety features allow workers to digitally carry emergency contacts, allergies, pre-existing medical conditions, and medications via the Medical ID feature. When a user opts in, a first responder can tap a smartphone to the Twiceme symbol on the unit to access that information in seconds, without waiting for records or contacting a supervisor. The GPR50 also includes Twiceme's Get Back Timer, which notifies a designated contact if a solo worker fails to check in by a set time, along with the Share Location, Emergency Services, and Immobility Alert features for additional alert capabilities.

Safety teams managing the new GPR50 Intelligent Hydration System can track every unit through Twiceme's Safety Management Portal (SMP), a central dashboard for managing inventory, inspection records, and even worker certifications. The SMP provides a real-time view of equipment status and sends automatic reminders when units are due for inspection or replacement, replacing manual tracking with an exportable record they can pull at any time.

“At Twiceme, we aim to make safety simple, and we do that with innovative partners like FluidLogic who build products that workers already carry every shift," said Christian Connolly, CEO, Twiceme Technology. "Heat stress prevention is a critical category in safety, and we are pleased to partner with an innovator like FluidLogic as our first in the hydration category. Adding Twiceme enables workers using the GPR50 to carry critical health and safety information alongside the hydration it was built to deliver.”

The Twiceme-enabled GPR50 will be available in February 2027 through FluidLogic's industrial line and will be shown at NSC in the Twiceme booth (#3204) and FluidLogic booth (#5718).
