Service license agreement
For the Twiceme Safety Management Portal (SMP)
This Agreement regulates your use of the Safety Management Portal (Services) provided to you by Twicemee Technology AB (the Supplier).
This Agreement is between the Supplier that owns or operates the Services that you are using or accessing, and the person or entity agreeing to these terms (you or Customer).
You warrant that you are over the age of eighteen (18) and have the power and authority to enter into and perform your obligations under this Agreement. If you enter into this Agreement on behalf of your company, then “you” in the remainder of this Agreement means your company, and you warrant that you are properly authorised to bind your company to this Agreement.
Service at no cost
The Supplier is offering this Services to you at no cost, including trial use and beta products. You agree that by using the Service at no cost you are using a Service that may still be in development and may contain errors and bugs.
Customer Account
You must create an account in order to access or receive the Services and to receive notices and information from the Supplier (Account).
You are responsible for all actions taken through your Account. Your responsibilities include:
- maintaining the confidentiality of the passwords associated with of your Account;
- ensuring that only those individuals authorised by you have access to your Account; and
- ensuring that all activities that occur in connection with your Account comply with this Agreement.
Term of the Agreement
The Agreement enters into force when you create an account to access or use the Service. The Supplier may terminate your right to use Free Services at any time and for any reason in the Suppliers sole discretion, without liability to you.
About the Agreement and the annexes
Terms used in the Agreement and its annexes with initial capital letters shall be deemed to have the meaning set out in Annex 2 (General Terms and Conditions).
In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Agreement and its Annexes, or between the Annexes themselves, the following hierarchical order shall apply:
- Main agreement (this document)
- Annexes as numbered above
